A little bit about Cyprus and the Apartment
Northern Cyprus is unique in its own way an unspoiled jewel yet to be fully discovered and a few places in the Mediterranean. Miles of untainted beaches lapped by clear blue water, superb all year round weather at affordable prices.
The local people, the majority of whom are fluent in English language are renowned for their hospitality and friendly welcome.
As in the UK, cars drive on the left and many road signs are in English. Rented car is a must to get around. The airport is approximately one hour’s drives to Turtle Bay Village, there are taxis at the airport but many visitors prefer to hire cars upon their arrival.
A brand new apartment is located in the new gated complex of Turtle Bay Village in Esentepe only 15 minutes drive east of the historic town of Kyrenia (Girne) with full facilities ready for July 2008. Smoking not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is an ideally located 500 yards from the 18 hole Korineum championship golf course. Mountain views from the front and sea views from the rear of the apartment. There is a beautiful stream which runs behind the apartment and wooden bridges and pathways. The village is set in a 100 acre of land and tropical gardens surrounded by olive trees.
Sleeps up to 4, 2 bedrooms, consist of master bedroom, double bed, en-suite shower with private patio area which very comfortably seats 2, and wonderful views of the sea in the distant, second bedroom two single beds and family bathroom.
